This week's story is about Mavis Albin, who has been playing basketball in the U.S. National Senior Games for 21 years. Albin's team, the Celadrin Tigerettes, has won seven gold medals in the games. "We encourage each other to keep our bodies up, eat sensibly, and stay in the gym, and I think it rubs off on each one of us," said Albin of her team. Read the story here.
